Emagreça com o Feijão Branco

O feijão branco, consumido por alguns, como salada ou como feijoada possui uma proteína chamada faseolamina, que de acordo com estudos recentes pode ajudar no processo de emagrecimento.
Faseolamina é uma glicoproteína que inibe a absorção do carboidrato (amido) encontrado em massas, batatas, arroz, pão, biscoitos, etc. Por este motivo ela pode te ajudar a emagrecer, mas isso só é possível pela ingestão da farinha deste grão.
Prepare o seu em casa:
Você mesmo pode preparar em sua casa e fazer o teste. Nos estudos realizados houve uma redução de até 4% em 30 dias no peso dos que consumiram a farinha do feijão branco antes das refeições.
Para preparar separe 250g de feijão branco cru, lave bem e deixe secar no sol ou sobre o papel toalha, depois triture no liquidificador até formar uma farinha, se quiser pode passar também no processador, ficará bem fina, depois passe na peneira.
Meia hora antes das refeições (almoço e jantar) misture 1 colher de chá rasa desta farinha, em um pouco de água e beba. Não consuma mais do que 1g por dia, pois o excesso pode causar diarréia e não terá efeito. Vale a pena experimentar e acompanhar os resultados.
Além disso, procure incluir este grão cozido na sua alimentação, ele fornece nutrientes como: cálcio, ferro, potássio, magnésio e outros minerais, e vitaminas E, K, folato e fibras. Uma porção de 2 colheres de sopa tem aproximadamente 57kcal.
