Coquetel Laxativo

Ingredientes:
½ mamão papaia sem semente
1 laranja com bagaço e sem semente
4 ameixas pretas secas sem caroço (já de molho na véspera em ½ copo de água)
2 colheres de sopa de farelo de trigo ou aveia
½ copo de iogurte desnatado
½ copo de água gelada
Modo de fazer: bater no liquidificador e tomar em jejum
